"Schönfelder" loosely translates to mean beautiful field -
"Hochland" is basically Highland.
The whole experience was a little like a day in beautiful Highland co. VA...
sadly, no maple doughnuts though.

Kris, I'm glad you pointed out that the main focus of the picture was the sausage. I thought for a second you were taking a "shot" at the fat guys :)
